When eople lose their car or house keys and cannot gain entry, this is what we call a lockout. We can gain access without causing damage. We can also replace locks and keys if required.

If there is only one key to the vehicle, we can create a spare and delete any of the other existing keys.

Each different lock and key is priced individually but we can tell you the price upfront so you have all the information to make an informed decision.

Other Lock Issues
We are continuously learning and pride ourselves on our knowledge of the industry. We attended a lockout recently where the person of concern had locked themselves in and left the key in the door, so the carers could not gain entry and there was no answer at the door. We gained entry and changed the lock to a different type to stop this happening again.

Any lock install or extra securuty (cars/vans/motorhomes etc) may have to come to our unit but 90% can be done mobile from the vans.

We have standard labour charges and Locks and keys are supplied at RRP, we will quote first so there will be no hidden costs.
How long does it take?
A difficult one! Depending on the job we can give an estimate of the time neede. This can vary for several reasons but it will be in the right timeframe. We have had entry jobs that have taken seconds and safe opening jobs that have literally taken days.
How does your company payment?
We offer mobile PDQ, bank transfer and unlike most, we still take cash. Alternatively you can pay straight into our account at the post office counter. We offer full VAT recuiepts by post or email (we can’t print them at the time).
